Hotel and facilities itself exceptional. Breakfast let it down.

Cons: we needed to wait more than 2hrs l to get our room key. We received the room keys at approx 17:00 on 19th of Feb.

Pros: The bedroom was wonderful, beautiful, clean and extremely comfortable. Staff was professional and all services were excellent.

Cons: The Thai food in the restaurant was far from authentic.

Lovely room but underwhelmed by service.

Pros: Lovely room, but low ceilings! Pool was great. Quiet room and great view.

Cons: Service was not 5 star - had to ask to order and ask for table to be cleared when ordered lunch around pool. Was told breakfast finished at 11 - went in at 10am (into fish restaurant - 2 restaurants serve breakfast) and they were clearing up around us. Breakfast not fantastic - have had much better choice elsewhere eg no yoghurt or croissants left. Tiny reception so was put upstairs in ballroom lobby - very impersonal and cold.

Amazing!

Pros: This is a very beautiful hotel in Bangkok, located in an excellent area that is central yet not too busy, which makes it perfect for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There is a 7-Eleven nearby, as well as plenty of local food spots within walking distance, so it’s very convenient. The hotel itself is extremely clean and very aesthetically designed. The interiors are stylish and modern, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are spotless, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The breakfasts are delicious with a great variety of options. The staff is attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything you need. There is also a well-equipped gym, which is a nice bonus. Overall, it’s a wonderful hotel with great service, comfort, and atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
