Best hotel of my life!

Pros: The hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff is beyond friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make every guest happy. The bedrooms are large and comfortable and cleaned twice a day. The restaurants are amazing and yet very expensive for Bangkok standards, still reasonably priced compared to London, for instance. The gym, spa, and pool facilities are functional and elegant and I cannot wait to come back to what I can easily call the best hotel I have ever been to.

Pros: Staff were amazing, very friendly and accommodating. When I come back this will be the only place I want to stay. I organised airport transfers with them and it made everything so easy

This hotel missed the mark compared to other Four Seasons. Bangkok has better hotels for less!

Pros: The staff were super; Eve and Sonya were both helpful and friendly - as were all the staff. The boat service across the river is an absolute must.

Cons: Having stayed at a few Four Seasons locations, this was unfortunately not on par with our past visits. The pool, although heated, was too fresh for comfort. There didn't feel as if there were much to do on-site and there are other hotels that have much more about them and within a lower budget! The location being by the river was nice and the boat service is very useful when crossing... This is however such an importance as there is very little around outside of the hotel.

It is place to be in Bangkok!

Pros: The hotel is classy, comfortable, warm and decorated with taste! Overal all these things I mentioned staff's hospitality and kindness is something what gives special dimension to this hotel. They do everything they can to make your stay extraordinary in any sense.

Pros: Four Seasons Bangkok is undeniably stunning especially the pool overviewing Chao Phraya River, facilities, and overall ambience are absolutely on point. Everything about the design and hospitality service reflects the luxury you would expect from a world-class hotel. However, for the premium price we paid, one major letdown was the lack of proper noise insulation. We could clearly hear our neighbors’ conversations, and when their children were screaming and crying, it was impossible to rest. It completely disrupted the sense of privacy and comfort that a property of this level should deliver. Sighs!! For a brand that prides itself on offering the finest experiences, I truly hope the management looks into improving room soundproofing. Guests paying at this level deserve peace, privacy, and uninterrupted rest.

Little piece of heaven

Pros: It was such lovely architecture, both internally and external. Felt elegant and spacious, but also calm and relaxing. From the entrance, to the central area, to the pool, everything flowed so well. Staff were amazing, always so attentive and helpful. Food at the restaurants were incredible, and the bar was really cool. Room as to be expected, were top notch, and beds super comfy. Additionally as it was ‘low season’ pricing was incredible!

Just WOW !!
