Pros: the staff were absolutely lovely, the place is new and well built with gorgeous amenities and beds were really comfortable! such great value for money and in a great location, close to thong lo station!

A great value, stylish room in a good location
Pros: A really good value room in a nice location, not far from Thong Lo BTS station. A lovely warm welcome by the staff. The room was clean and comfortable, had good charging points, storage and a small dressing table. Nice towels and toiletries in the bathroom drawer. Complimentary snacks was a bonus even though we didn't need them. A good tv with access to Netflix etc. A complimentary cake from the cafe was the icing on the cake!
Cons: The water was warm but could have been a little hotter. A hook for towels would be a great addition as would a small bin in the bedroom, and possibly a bedside lamp!

Location on point/friendly/welcoming
Pros: Perfect location/friendly staff/ amazing value for money/ welcome water in the room plus snacks coffee and toothbrush-very thoughtful!!! Recommend 100% for the price
Cons: The only negative, no ventilation and room gets full of humid specially if you have a shower

Great!
Pros: Huge room that's more like a fancy condo than a hotel room. It's upstairs from a coffee shop which is perfect. The staff were super friendly and everything was very easy - we even got a complimentary cheesecake one day!
Cons: As always in Bangkok the sound insulation isn't very good and the street can be quite noisy as it's a shortcut between 2 roads off Sukhumvit, though it was pretty quiet at night I recommend wearing earplugs.

Happy Holiday
Pros: The hotel and room were very clean. The staff were very friendky and the breakfast was tasty and the cakes delicious.
Cons: We stayed for 4 days and there was no maid service at any point. No towel rail or peg in the bathroom to hang up the towels to dry.

Great value for money
Pros: Extremely clean and comfortable, great facilities laid on in the room and bathroom. Great value for money. 100% would stay again.
Cons: Only thing was we had to pay for parking as couldn't get the pass stamped as no one around early in the morning (6.30am) But a small price to pay for a very good hotel

I wanted to live here
Pros: -great location -super sweet and friendly staff -mini apartment not just a room -fast working air conditioning -free snacks -nice rain shower -free delicious cake at check in! -free paint and art supplies in lobby/bakery
Cons: The door was tricky to lock and unlock at times The sink faucet and toilet seat could use tightening so they don’t move around

Pros: The room is so so so beautiful and huge especially for its price. Since the photos did not show it, we were pleasantly surprised to find that there's a dining room, a kitchen, a toilet/shower, and a sliding door to the bedroom with a living room. It's really a beautiful and spacious room. Everything was provided: toiletries every day, complimentary snacks, and complimentary cake for our anniversary. The heater worked well and the hair dryer too. There were two airconditioning units: one in the kitchen/dining and one in the bedroom. Perfect for Thailand weather. The staff were so nice and thoughtful - always responding to all our requests and questions even late at night.

Pros: Hotel pequeno, mas com o serviço impecável e muito gentil. Todos os atendentes são muito simpáticos e fazem de tudo para tornar sua estadia o mais agradável possível. Quarto pequeno, mas com guarda roupas, pequena mesa, TV, ar condicionado e ótima cama. Boa roupa de cama, colchão confortável. Kits de higiene pessoal, secador de cabelos, água e alguns itens complementares de alimentação Localizado muito próximo ao metrô, porém em uma rua calma. O café da manhã é delicadamente preparado, tudo delicioso e ainda recebemos um bolinho de boas vindas

Pros: ห้องพักใหญ่ กว้างขวาง ค่อนข้างเป็นส่วนตัวค่ะ แบ่งสัดส่วนชัดเจน ใกล้ BTS,7-11 เงียบสงบหลับสบาย คุ้มค่ากับเงินที่จ่าย ไม่ใช่โรงแรมที่มีเซอร์วิสอะไรมากมายแต่ก็เพียงพอต่อการเข้าพักและพักผ่อน พนักงานน่ารักยิ้มแย้มและทักทายเสมอ
Cons: ไม่เชิงกับไม่ชอบ แต่ไม่มีถ้วย-จาน ให้สำหรับรับประทานอาหาร ไม่แน่ใจว่าต้องขอที่ล๊อบบี้ไหมเพราะตอนกินดึกแล้วไม่มีคน ที่พักต้องขึ้นบันไดอาจจะไม่เหมาะกับผู้สูงอายุค่ะ
