Pros: Location is super good, just a few minutes walk from the BTS station and simply next to the Hotel Nikko.

Pros: The service is top notch. I was only feedback about the water temperature and Aircond wasn’t functioning properly. But they immediately change a room for me, and also offered me a free upgrade to suite room. Very nice service.

Pros: The room is very clean and the condition of the place is well kept and maintained. Is quiet and peaceful from the buzzling streets or any party. Mostly are Japanese and some locals. No noisy tourist if you know what I mean... Breakfast choices are ok, they have Japanese style breakfast, with some selection of Thais and western, not too extravagant..just nice to fill your stomach to go up and about the city of Bangkok. They have Japanese bidet and seat warmer which is a plus point!

Cons: Location wise, although it is near the train station say about 300 meters away, it is not actually near any night markets or huge shopping malls. May need to spend bit on trains to go to any major shopping malls. Or even get their GrabBike or GrabCar. Overall is ok, just dont expect much activities nearby.

It was awesome!

Pros: Attitude of hotel staff was perfect. They were filled with hospitality and we could enjoy our stay in BKK.

Cons: A little bit far from Tong Lo station. If it were a little bit closer to the station, it would be more convenient.

Rebranded | Slighted Dated | Upgraded A/C | Still Very Comfortable

Pros: The building felt a bit dated when I stayed in 2022, but they replaced the entire A/C unit and moved it to the central location so it's not hot and cold like before. Bidets in the washroom is that's something you need. TV has HBO and other channels that you would actually watch. Better presentation overall with the new branding.

Cons: The room is in need of a virtual assistant to centralize the control (button control are a bit dated and no remote for the AC).
