Pros: The ambassador Mrs. Botan was so friendly and looked after her clients well.

Cons: Japanese rice for breakfast buffet wasn’t good enough but other one was great!

Beautifully designed hotel

Pros: Its a great centrally located hotel (sukhumvit) with beautifully decorated rooms. The interior design is top notch. Good gym and very professional staff.

Great option for a place to stay in Thonglor.

Pros: The room was a nice size and was comfortable. It was nice to have a fridge and little kitchen area. The pool area was also very nice and the location is excellent.

Cons: There wasn't really anything that stood out that we didn't like. This is a solid option for a good place to stay in Thonglor.

One of my favourite places to stay in Bangkok

Pros: One of my absolute favourite places to stay in Bangkok. This is my second time at Hotel Nikko, and it’s been great to see how much they’ve continued to improve since my last visit. Everything feels even more polished and thoughtful than before. The location in Thong Lor is perfect - such a great area with plenty going on. The staff really stand out as well; everyone is genuinely polite, kind, and friendly. The room deserves 5 stars. The bath and shower are amazing, the views are beautiful, and everything is kept spotless. It feels luxurious. The sauna and pool are also a really nice bonus. Overall, another brilliant stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again. Highly recommended.

Pros: Room with impressive view of downtown Bangkok. Spacious room with a relaxing atmosphere and all the amenities you expect from a five star hotel. Very nice ambiance and breakfast in the common areas

Comfortable and delightful stay :)

Pros: The clean and well maintained room was much appreciated. The staff is well trained and grounds well kept. It is located very near BTS, and surrounding area has good food choices. Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast as the selection was great and of good quality. The pool is of decent size for laps and the surroundings very relaxing. We are very happy with our stay there. Glad we had 3 nights there. Will definitely stay there again. Keep up the good work, Nikko hotel team!
