Best hotel experience I've had, I didn't know what to expect but I was genuinely impressed

Pros: Booked Ascott purely through online reviews hoping I made the right choice. I was blown away upon arrival with the appearance of the hotel and the staff were so very welcoming, the drink on arrival was a nice touch. The room was A1 and I was saying to one of the receptionist that this will be my go to hotel from now on

Cons: If Im knit picking the pool area was nice but could use a small upgrade with the layout of everything but overall it was fine. I had a nice swim and enjoyed the sunset

Amazing hotel staff, pristine room, great views

Pros: The staff go above and beyond for all your needs. It was my girlfriend’s birthday and they prepared the room with flowers and a birthday message. The room had an amazing view, the pool and sauna were great. And above all the property was extremely clean.

Cons: The hotel restaurant (same building but external company) did not have a vegetarian options. (But this is similar across Bangkok)

Pros: Everything was perfect, wonderful attentive staff, great location, comfortable rooms, great pool, not over crowded. Just amazing.

Pros: The room was big and bright. It was nice to have a fridge and kitchenette. Very nice pool area. The location is great.

Cons: Very noisy A/C and the bathroom was quite cramped considering the size of the room.

Excellent stay, will definitely stay again

Pros: Excellent staff, these things tend to make a huge difference, they were all really good. Excellent location, right opposite the T-one building which has high end rooftop bars and clubs, the noise doesn’t spill over though with is a good thing. Walking distance to some of the best restaurants in Bangkok. One BTS stop away from Phrom Phong which has 3 huge shopping malls and more restaurants and rooftop bars. Will definitely be back for a long stay. Only stayed two days this time just in case it ended up being my vibe but it was to be fair.

Cons: Pillows might be a bit too soft
