Family stay

Pros: Hotel is exceptional. Facilities are good, breakfast selection is good. Staff very professional and helpful. Location is great everything close by. Loved the fact you can wash and dry your own clothes. The jacuzzi and pool area is lovely and relaxing

Pros: The hotel is in ideal location, well appointed in modern minimalist style.Staff truly amazing and requests made of the room service were perfectly executed.

Cons: Nothing to complain about for room . Suggest more loungers around pool area.

Amazing time

Pros: Staffs were really friendly to us, especially to my baby. We had a wonderful time there.

Cons: The outdoor swimming pool was a bit cold in jan. Wish it was warmer. 10min walk to bts station, but you could take the shuttle to the street then walk from there.

Pros: The hotel was very comfortable. The rooms were very spacious, do try and get a corner room, very nice, double aspect floor to ceiling windows. The staff were great, very accommodating. Our adult son came down with horrendous diarrhoea and sickness. They serviced his room when needed and provided him with fruit when he was starting to get a bit better. A shuttle bus takes you to the main road on demand, which saves you 5 minutes. All in all, super hotel.

Cons: Not much, if I was being picky it would probably take you about an hour and half to get the river from on public transport

Pros: Everything was great, the food was delicious. Also, we forgot our child's suitcase in the room, and we discovered it at the airport. The staff was very helpful and sent the suitcase by taxi. I would like to express my gratitude for this.

Great city views , comfortable and clean modern hotel with super service, would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in B

Pros: Great location near super high end bars and restaurants, quiet location down a long side road . Our zen garden room was brilliant, it had a hide balcony garden with super views over BK on the 25th floor, will definitely use this hotel again when in BK, a great find!
