Pros: Comfortable bed, and excellent room facilities. Good location for BTS sky train, so it is easy to get to most tourist attractions. Fantastic rooftop bar and restaurant.

Cons: The tv in the bedroom wasn't very convenient to watch due to the room layout.

Fabulous hotel with good restaurants and comfortable rooms. The staff made it that bit more special.

Pros: Exceptional hotel with very friendly helpful staff. Close to train station .

Cons: I think for the price it would have been nice to have a variety of teas in the room and fresh milk rather than powdered. But other than that no complaints.

A comfortable city stay, but a shame about the lounge access issues

Pros: Very comfortable rooms and beds. Location convenient and a good breakfast was available.

Cons: There was no warning of the local elections, prior to our visit. If we had known, we would not have paid extra for the executive lounge access. I requested a discount on check out, but this was refused which was disappointing in light of the reputation of the hotel. I also feel the F&B was over priced.

Pros: The rooftop bar and restaurant was excellent . The staff were very friendly . A nice vibe in the hotel .

Cons: Poolside bar food could have been better . Had to wait a long time for food even though it was not busy .

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room quality was very good, offering comfort and cleanliness throughout our visit. Breakfast options were excellent, especially from a kids’ perspective—the bunny pancakes were a delightful highlight. We truly enjoyed the lounge access and spending time at the Octave rooftop, which added to the overall experience. The view from our suite on the 38th floor was absolutely amazing and unforgettable. Most importantly, the staff was extremely humble, courteous, and professional, making our stay even more pleasant.

An unforgettable luxury experience — one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.

Pros: This was one of the best Hotels i’ve ever stayed!! Everything about this hotel was outstanding. The rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with breathtaking views over Bangkok. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive, always going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The location is perfect, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and shopping. The facilities, especially the rooftop bar and pool, were world class, and the breakfast offered an incredible variety of high quality options

Cons: There was honestly nothing to dislike. Everything exceeded our expectations.
