Pros: The room was very clean and there was a good shower and comfortable bed.

Clean, cozy and convenient

Pros: I had a great stay at Samyan Serene Hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout my visit. The location is excellent—near Mitrtown Mall and just a short walk to the MRT, which made getting around extremely convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, it’s definitely worth the money. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Good spot for short stays!

Pros: The location was close enough to what I was looking for. Street food options pretty close. Mall, 711, etc. When traffic slowed down, noise was quiet enough to sleep. Nice space to rest for a siesta when its hot out! Friendly staff.

Cons: Unfortunately, the was some black mold in the bathroom. Whenever I left and came back there was a damp mouldy smell. Closing the bathroom helped but then nothing would dry like towels because of the dampness. I didnt like that the balcony door was locked. Perhaps if they opened the balcony, and let the hot temperature dry everything inside they wouldn't have mold issues...

Pros: Great to be within easy walking distance of an MRT station. All the receptionists were extremely nice and helpful.

Cons: My room faced a very busy street and the incessant traffic noise was a problem. Fortunately, they were able to find me a quieter room facing a side alley.

Again a good time.

Pros: In this hotel we stay for some holidays before. The hotel ist near Shoppingmal MBK and Mitrtowm. The room we booked was nice and the staff always very friendly and helpful. The breakfast ist small, but it is enought to start in the day and the lady who managed the beakfast -room made the morning perfect.

Cons: Sorry, no idear.
