Very clean. Comfortable beds. Excellent value in good location. Wonderfully friendly happy staff.

Pros: Super comfortable beds. Clean fresh new looking linen. Wonderfully friendly staff. Excellent coffee - a larger option would be appreciated. But cheap enough to have 2 instead of one. Chose hotel because of its close location to attending a concert that was an easy 5 mins walking distance away. Location Excellent. Limited parking but we got a space on arrival. Room basic, small fridge but no kettle or tea making equipment. 7-11 is a 1 minute walk away though. Bathroom small but has a good hot shower and clean toilet. Would stay again if needing same location.
