Cross Vibe Bangkok Sukhumvit

Pros: Staff were very helpful and friendly. Very clean and modern hotel.

Cons: Location. Wish we were nearer the action, so to speak.

Pros: Staff friendly and helpful. Gym is excellent. Room and beds comfortable. Good close local shopping and eating

Cons: Very busy hotel. Lots of people in and out. Lounge chairs not so many at the pool. Hotel little far from Central Sukhumvit area.

Reasonable price with amazing service

Pros: The room is clean and cozy. The breakfast is variety choices. Great location and just couple minutes walk to bts or bus stop.

Pros: Location was very good, close to 7/11 and the BTS station. Room size was good, but view over side street to neighbouring flats but we weren't there to look out of the window so not a problem. Unfortunately on our first night there was a lot of noise from what could only be described as a cistern constantly filling and draining. We spoke to Sandy on reception and she without hesitation she managed to get us a different room on the other side of the building which was perfect.

Quirky small hotel close to Bts and with lots of facilities

Pros: Pool Spa and spa personnel are excellent Gym is very good Shower is very good Nice big fridge in the room Amazing breakfast with lots of Western and Asian Choices

Cons: The breakfast is till 10:30 but at 10:15 they start to clean up. As from 10 o’clock they don’t refill empty plates and at 10:40, if you’re still sitting there they kindly ask you to leave… So please, or change the attitude or tell the people that breakfast is till 10 and then you don’t have to hurry nor chase people!

Easy access to airport and main city

Pros: Great hotel. Easy check-in and lovely room. Staff super-friendly. Gym and pool area nice. Kindly gave me late check-out which was very useful before my flight. Hotel split between 2 buildings and room was perfect for my one night stay. Used motorbike taxis and Grab from outside the hotel.

we feeling like we are well treated and feel at home

Pros: Outstanding service provided by staff name Mr Fluke (Todsapon In-ngam), during our family trip for 6 days, his helpfulness and willingness to go the extra mile truly made our family trip more enjoyable and comfortable to stay in.

Cons: There was nothing we don't like because the place and location was perfect for our travel, Friday night we can enjoy live music and big supermarket Lotus is 5mins walk. Perfect place

Superb satisfaction

Pros: location nearest to BTS, Lotus, nightmarket food and Shopping mall. If there's a exhibition in BITEC, this hotel good location as well

Cons: just the breakfast need to improve with Variety

All in all, we still enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Good location, close to BTS station. Room was very clean and bigger than expected and the bed was comfortable.

Cons: The windows are very thin so if you are facing the street you will hear the traffic and especially the scooters, they are very loud. The AC was also very loud and we could not switch it off. With ear plugs I still had a good sleep.

Pros: Great location near the BTS. Great little studio for a 10 day stay. WiFi worked well. Very clean.

Cons: We had a studio but was given no pots or pans to cook with, and if we wanted to cook we would've had to contact the staff for some reason.
