Lovely hotel , lovely staff, great location

Pros: It was lovely , great location , close to Onnut station , immaculately clean and well maintained. Staff so kind and helpful. The doormen helped me use the washing machines ! Great , well equipped gym , lovely infinity pool And fantastic coffee shop right next door. Will definitely stay there again when in Bangkok

Great affordable and comfortable location.

Pros: The hotel is in a good location for us, out of the major centre and in a relaxed and more local feeling area. Great places to eat and lovely salons and shops nearby with easy access to the BTS station. Pool area is small but nice and kept clean. Gym is great and well equipped. Staff were pleasant and welcoming at all times.

Cons: Towels were not regularly stocked at the pool area and on occasion we had to wait for them to be replaced. The breakfast selection is nice but not massively extensive. More fresh fruit options would have been great considering there are soo many fruit vendors nearby. We were suitably fuelled each day. Fresh egg options are available as well as pastry’s and cereal. The WIFI in the hotel is not great throughout. They do need to consider installing boosters. My phone works normally in Thailand without roaming charges but the 5g network isn’t as strong, so WiFi is quite important.

Pros: The location is very good, and the amenities are nice.

Cons: There should be more vegan/halal food options.

Pros: Bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was very varied and plentiful even if you prefer western food. The pool was clean and the gym well equipped.

Cons: Distance from centre of bangkok. But if you are happy to catch a grab or use the metro its not a problem.

Pros: the view from the pool was lovely. the staff were really helpful and not a bad location. clean

Lovely & clean hotel

Pros: Such a great hotel! Super clean, the staff were all so friendly and the room was perfect. The swimming pool was lovely with a gorgeous view of the city. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very clean. Would definitely recommend & stay here again!

Cons: Only slight issue was the shower wasn’t very powerful and would randomly go cold and would lose power every 10 seconds - but I wasn’t too much of an issue!

Pros: I was a repeat customer on my first stay, and next visit to BKK I'll visit again! Staff are the best! Shout out to Soe, Kok and the reception team! Everyone else was very nice too!

Good location, friendly staff, clean room

Pros: Spacious room, well air conditioned, clean, amazing shower with pressure like a fire hose. Very nice staff. Easy walking distance to BTS either On Nut or Bang Chak, lots of great local Thai restaurants nearby, coffee etc. 7 eleven across the street. Would stay here again. Shout out to the guy that always opens the front door for you, too. I liked him

Cons: the tiny ants, but there may be nothing you can do about them, I've got no idea, but you cant leave a tiny amount of food or drink laying around. I also felt a bit pressured to let the cleaners do the room, maybe they didn't trust me to keep it clean and smoke free, but I just wanted to sleep late and relax in Bangkok before moving on again. They called the room phone even after I'd said I was going to bed, I'd only been there for 24 hours. Minor complaints, overall the stay was nice and I'd go back.

Pros: The hotel rooms were clean. The location was perfect, just a few minutes by walk to Onnut station. Breakfast was perfect. and the stuff very friendly. Beautiful sunset view from the pool area.

Pros: Helpful staff Good breakfast Very comfortable bed Excellent rooftop pool Reminds me of premier inn hotels in uk

Cons: We booked a room with a balcony but it was just a tiny square with no furniture and the view was looking at concrete. We did book very last minute tho We were quite a way out of city
