Easy to locate

Pros: Great location near Sky Train station. Good breakfasts.

Cons: Petty charging - broken glass water bottle - charge; misplaced room pass (piece of plastic) - charge. Petty and unnecessary. Maybe just one reception desk staff member, the rest were excellent.

A dream like stay

Pros: The location was superb it was close to almost everything. The cleaning ladies were so kind and welcoming, I was truly sad to leave them. The security guards were consistently helpful and brightened our days with their big smiles. The receptionists were amazing as well. When we lost our phone, they quickly assisted us in finding it and were so kind and patient throughout.

Comfortable stay in good location

Pros: Good location, friendly staff, nice coffee in the hotel lobby and a good location- near MRT. It was comfortable and met my needs.

Cons: Not many vegan options in the restaurant and could do with some more comfortable seating areas around the hotel.

Convenient and straightforward hotel for a good price.

Pros: Simple and easygoing hotel, only few minutes from a transit stop. Had everything you needed in the room (toiletries, robes, good TV etc). Staff were helpful and friendly; easy check-in experience. Great value for money; good level of quality for the price.

Cons: The AC was a bit tricky to control - hard to adjust temperature.

Pros: The hotel is well kept and everything works well in it! The pool was amazing to swim in at the end of a long day and the staff was really attentive to our requests and questions. It was a lovely stay!

Perfectly cosy and clean for a long-term stay in Bangkok.

Pros: The room service was amazing and all the staff were incredibly welcoming and nice, especially as a female solo traveller. The security man outside and I even became quite good friends and he wished me such a warm farewell on my last day, as I had stayed for two weeks. I had even dyed my hair the last couple of days and gotten dye on the towels but the staff graciously told me it was no issue. Location wise it is such a close walk to the Sanam Pao BTS line station, and same distance to the closest seven eleven.

Cons: The room itself was very clean, however, the wear and tear? or staining was apparent in some places. When looking at the bedding closely I realised there was mottled staining all over it. The little vanity was also in need of a proper cleaning. The toilet was sooo incredibly close to the wall it was funny, I could rest my head on the wall as I did my business. The fake grass by the pool was also just soo neon it was a little un-aesthetic. However, this is me nitpicking.
