Most comfortable and pleasant, helpful staff.

Pros: Very central to all transport, ferry, bus, train. Shopping centre close by. Many eateries. Staff most helpful and very friendly.

Great little hotel for a stay sight seeing in Bangkok

Pros: Location was great for us. Close to sky train and river. My sister in law had a room right next to air con generator which was very loud at night so asked to move which they kindly did

Pleasant stay

Pros: We arrived at 31st December 2025 early in the morning and the ladies at the hotel reception were extremely kind and we could check-in just in a few minutes. We also get the upgrade and stayed in a comfortable and spacious room with a balcony. The view from it is on the quiet street and we enjoyed having coffee in morning there. There is a spacious, clean bathroom. Any noises or disturbance at night so we felt really relaxed there. The hotel is located close to the river and there are many cafes and small restaurants around. Few meters to 7/11. The hotel is a great choice for adults who like sightseeing and come back to a hotel for a rest. There is a small swimming pool but we didn't use it.

Pros: The location was good staff were brilliant so friendly and helpful the rooms were very clean good choice for breakfast beds comfy rooms cleaned every day with clean towels bedding excellent

Pros: The staff were really friendly, especially the security guard. We had an interaction with a man outside the hotel being very intimidating, and the security man came straight over and helped us, and escorted us back to the hotel. The rooms were spacey and comfortable and they did a good job cleaning the rooms every day and providing amenities.The location is also really good for exploring. Close to the river and other tourist attractions like the hangover building.

Cons: The only loss of points is for the pool. It felt like you were in someone's room as multi rooms opened right on to where you'd sunbath. The water also smelt really bad, like sewage.
