Very modern and spacious apartment in a lovely area.

Pros: The location was absolutely perfect! The room/apartment was extremely spacious, and the staff were very helpful. It helped having our own mini kitchen to make our own breakfast. There is a small shopping village across the road to pick up supplies. It was very central but not in the middle of the chaos and very close (walking distance) to Lumpini Park. It's also very close to public transport.

Cons: The only thing that we didn't like was that you couldn't store your bags because they were apartments and not like a hotel.

Very comfortable, a really great location, not a lot of extra services which suited me.

Pros: Friendly staff, warm welcome. Room light, bright and delightful. Fantastic location.

Cons: Would have liked one of the recently renovated rooms, will request next time. But very happy in the one in which I stayed. I thought the rooftop garden needed a bit more TLC. i.e. cushions for the sun-loungers, someone to help put up the sun-umbrella. This service needs a little more attention from reception.

Our favourite street for a nice stay in Bangkok.

Pros: Mostly the location, the size, the style of room. You can easily park, there is a small but nice swimming pool on the 7th floor. There are a lot of very good restaurants nearby, a shopping mall, international supermarket, few 7/11 and Habour land for the kids.

Cons: We had a room (503) on the 5th floor but unfortunately, on the road side. Sleeping was very difficult because it is a noisy street due to the high speed traffic at night. Next time, we will pay attention before booking.

Luxurious comfort and convenience

Pros: The room was so well-equipped - it would be perfect for long stays as it had excellent storage facilities and brilliant cooking and eating things like toaster, rice-cooker, plates and glasses etc. The room was really comfortable with a sofa and separate reading nook by the window. The location is so good - right across from a centre with loads of bars, restaurants, and cafes - it's not a cheap area, but it's extremely comfortable and accessible. It also felt really safe. Mostly I really recommend staying here for long-stays - I was extremely envious of the storage and kitchen facilities.

Spacious apartments very well located

Pros: Reception is open 24/7. They had all the paperwork ready, and when we arrived, everything went very smooth. It is very close to Silom, Central World, Lumpini Park, and Siam Paragon. Small 6 floors building with around 5-6 rooms x floor. Rooms are very spacious and well equipped. The aircon works very well.

Cons: Furniture is quite outdated. Fixtures in kitchen and toilets are loos or broken. There is a visible lack of maintenance. Something very noticeable in the lifts. Access cards have the name of the hotel and the room number printed on them. If you lose it in the street, anyone can access your room. Also, if you lose it, you need to pay 200 Baht. The swimming pool are in the roof top has barely a place were to sit. The area is very small.

Pros: The staff was very helpful and kind. The rooms are very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Very well located. No issues with noise. The aircon system worked very well.

Cons: The furniture is quite outdated. The fixtures are broken or loose. Some lights didn't work. It lacks some maintenance. You need your access card to use the lift, up and down.

Pros: Big space, super modern, clean and nice really comfy, super bed and pillows. Great location. I will come back for sure.

Cons: Just a detail nothing bad : The staf was nice but the communication was hard, maybe because of the language. The restaurant don't count on it each time I was asking it was not open or something else

Lovely location, close to everything you need, room comfortable, front of house staff excellent

Pros: Property and staff is wonderful, closeby to many shops , coffee shops and a short 10 minute walk to major shopping centre, lots of food options within 10 minute walk

Cons: My only negative was the policy is a no change of mind or change of dates without losing full payment My plans changed and I could only come for 2 nights instead of 3, Arriving a day later than scheduled but I still had to pay for the 1st night even though the room was vacant. Unfortunately this would be a consideration in me booking this place in the future

Good place in Bangkok

Pros: Massive rooms with daily cleans and changes to towels etc. water in the fridge daily and central location within minutes to food places

Cons: There was a bit of noise from outside at night but to be expected in Bangkok! My door didn’t lock either but no big deal.
