the best hotel I have ever been to

Pros: The best hotel I have ever been, even though I visited at least 500 hotels in my life. The hotel itself looks amazing also the common areas as well as the rooms. The best part is the staff. They are providing such a good service that I have never experienced before.

Definitely 5 star..

Pros: Possibly the best Hotel in BKK. Must be in the top 5. Like all hotels in BKK they are limited but traffic so check where you will be the most and choose a hotel accordingly. Sindhorn is near Skytrain BTS Phloen Chit ..but still a 20 min walk or Si Lom on the BTS..again 20 mins.. Breakfast was great, service impeccable, pool impressive..

Cons: Not much 10 mins wait for cab but if you go out the back through the gardens they was always a Tuk Tuk there..you just pay more for those..

Amazing hotel left sour taste because of not dealing with mosquitos in room sadly

Pros: Amazing hotel. Beautiful . Clean . Good staff. Great pool . Gave us an upgrade hugely appreciated

Cons: Breakfast too expensive . We had multiple mosquitos in our room . I told two members of staff at the desk. Nothing was done my 3 year old son was bitten multiple times and got infected . Had to call an ambulance (also because he banged his head ) . Those bites are now infected and he’s ill in koh Samui. They should have fumigated the room. It’s really caused a problem for our trip. We were going to go back on the last 4 days but this left a sour taste . Pity because everything else was perfect
