Pros: All in all it was a good experience. We really enjoyed our stay here and woudln't mind staying again in our upcoming trips. One thing though, during the booking time itself, if the travellers are made aware of the swimming pool unavailability, breakfast and also the overall construction happening in the hotel it wold be good. I anyway didn't have a big problem but i get why others may get upset if they weren't informed about it in advance.

Cons: The room we stayed in had some issues in their shower room, the water would get pooled after a shower and you had to call the house keeping to clean it. The hotel did offer us to change the room, but we had already unpacked everything and didn't want to repack again

Have stayed at this hotel several times and would stay again.

Pros: Great rates for a very large room more like a one bedroom apartment. Location is excellent!

Cons: The facilities are old and a bit run down. Certain things seem always to be under construction but none of this negatively effects the excellent room and location of the hotel.

Great location, nice hotel

Pros: Great location in a very nice area of the city, good access to the BTS system. Large suite with plenty of room.

Cons: More supplies in the kitchen would have been helpful, no cloth or dishwashing liquid available.

Perfect spot right in town

Pros: Location was fantastic and the apartment was great

Cons: Nothing. They were renovating but we didn’t hear anything. Could t use the pool though.

Good for the price point

Pros: Perfect location in a very posh area close to all the key parts of BKK (Thonglor, Lumphini, Siam all within 10 mins taxi). Nice staff. Comfy bed. Clean.

Cons: Common areas including lobby are quite ugly and dated (though the room itself was clean and modern). Clearly needs a renovation - some very easy fixes would be (1) make the shower easier to operate, (2) put ceiling lights, room is way too dark at night.

Pros: Love the location of the hotel where it’s situated at. It’s convenient and close to all the malls and the BTS station. Also love the fact that there’s a cocktail bar located at the hotel the crowd on Friday night was fun!

Central value for money

Pros: WE wanted a hotel at good rates and close to the major Malls and the Dutchess provided all this. We were upgraded to a larger room so had a HUGE room with everything we needed. Concierge always got us our taxi so no standing on the street.
