Nice stay!

Pros: The hotel’s location is super convenient - a huge mall within walking distance, and BTS and the metro just a 3–4 mins walk. We stayed on the 12th floor, and the view was amazing! The front desk staff were helpful, and the breakfast had a great variety. The room cleaning was offered daily, even tho we used it only once or twice during our stay since we didn’t need it more often.

Cons: The only thing that could be improved is the pool water, which looked a bit murky when we checked it once. We didn’t check it later, so maybe it was cleaned as we didn’t have time to enjoy the swimming pool.

Pros: Easy to get to from airport on metro the rooms are clean,big and comfy.near metro station so easy to get around bangkok and shops,bars and restaurants 5 min walk away.2nd time staying here on this trip.

Great location

Pros: This premise suprised me. Based on the rate offered, I thought it was just a normal 3-4 star hotel like others in Bangkok. But the room ambience, facilities, view and cleanliness were great and exceed my expectation. Location is just few minutes away to BTS and MRT, and Terminal 21 shopping mall. You can either walk or take BTS (1 stop away) to Emporium, EmSphere and EmQuartier malls. Breakfast spread just OK, bcoz as a Muslim, there's nothing much I can eat anyway. Fortunately, the famous halal Usman Thai Muslim Food is less than 1km away in Soi 22 - which is the main reason I chose this hotel.

Cons: The aircon cannot be controlled....it was too cold!! I had to switch it on and off to regulate to room temperature which was very troublesome. Water heater also not working properly...many times the hot water just stopped during shower.

Pros: Comfortable room. The very helpful staff. Convenient location. Nearby Terminal 21 shopping centre’s massive food court.

Cons: Stair to roof top pool access from the level below. Lift all the way preferred in a hotel design. Top of stairs goes through small gym disturbing sweaty guy to get to pool.
