Pros: Location for myself was excellent, room or apartment was perfect for me

Pros: Everything as expected upon my many previous visits, will always use this hotel when staying in Bangkok for location and value for money for what you get its unbeatable!

Pros: The staff all everything is perfect .. helpful and friendly.thank you sk much for housekeeper who clean the room when my checkin on 09-11 jan we forget the shoes i dont expect to get it back but when i go bavk and ask for the shoses they still keep for us. Thank you your team and your responsibility for our request .. will come back here every time if we visit BKk.

Cons: Hot shower was take to long time to work.

Pros: Clean room value for money easy acess to the sky train..

Cons: Traffic around is so busy

A very pleasant stay thanks to the incredibly friendly staff and excellent cleanliness

Pros: The biggest highlight of this hotel is definitely the staff. From the first day, they made me feel more like a guest than a customer. Everyone was genuinely kind, helpful, and attentive, which really made a difference throughout my stay. The location is also excellent, with many great cafés, restaurants, and places to explore within easy walking distance. Cleanliness was always excellent. The rooms and common areas were consistently very clean, and housekeeping did a great job every day.

Cons: The only small downside is that some of the furniture and a few in-room items could benefit from being renewed or updated. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay, mainly thanks to the amazing staff.

Pros: Clean and functional rooms. Liked the swimming pool area. Staff helpful

Cons: Breakfast buffet didn't have many options for vegetarians

Comfortable family home stay

Pros: Location+ size of my 2 Bedroom suite+ separate shower+bathtub ensuite for both rooms+ cleanliness+ quiet surrounding and hallways+ Lighting was surprisingly bright. A very quiet lift. Special mention for the breakfast - which was good and tasty and had a decent variety which (apart from the staples - sunny side egg, miso soup, toast, juices..) changes daily in its Thai food and western mix). Plenty of parking in front of lobby building.

Cons: No room service+ Old facility and room was quite worn with old window shutters and a leaking Bath-tub which leak whenever I soaked. Had to change my fridge which was also leaking water. Towels were old and some torn at the edges.

Pros: Once again exceptional service, big room cleaned everyday, excellent location don't hear a sound at night and everything on your doorstep, lost count of how many times ive stayed here

Cons: Nothing everything was fine

Sweet spot for all my relevant requirements

Pros: Good amenities 5 minute walk to BTS & nearest shopping mall. Would be happy to stay again.

Cons: Additional key to room would have been nice at check in to allow aircon to run but was substantially provided without issue

Great location!

Pros: Location was fabulous. The room was very big. The guard at the entrance gate was very friendly and helpful! The restaurant staff were lovely, greeted me when I got there for breakfast. The aircon worked well.

Cons: The reception staff were not very helpful, I had to ask where the lifts were, where the pool was, where the breakfast was etc. The hot water was not hot, only warm (and even that took 5 mins to heat up), I had the shower turned all the way up and it was still not hot. The balcony was barely that, you could have maybe fit 1 chair on it, it was so small.
