Pros: I’ve stayed here before, and it’s a great place. Free coffee, clean, friendly staff, good location and strategic placed for taking the blue line into downtown Bangkok

Cons: This time around, the AC was not the best, which is the main reason why I booked it (last time it worked perfectly). Also price now was way higher than before. Overall, I would come again.

Pros: Really good location - pier 21 nearby is ideal for dinner. Benchakitti park was beautiful and is a short walk away. Getting to and from the airport and around the city was easy. The staff were helpful and the free coffee and hot chocolate were a nice touch. The room was small but had everything I needed.

Cons: The drain in the shower and basin were blocked which let the place down for me.

Nice palace for

Pros: Everything was great, staff were nice and the location was perfect for me right by the BTS. I chose a room with no windows which was fine as it was nearly pitch black so got a good sleep.

Cons: Only negative was the room wasn’t that clean when I arrivedX

Cons: The floor was very noisy, could literally hear people talking loudly on the corridors and next room . WiFi connectivity is bad in the room.

Basic but has all you need for a 1 night stay

Pros: Friendly staff and willing to hold our luggage for the day after checkout. Bed quite comfy. Shower good water pressure and temperature, altho it did at times go in waves through hot & cold.

Pros: The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Especially one hotel administrator named Jenny. She was so nice and kind and helpful. She went out of her way to help me. Best hotel service i have had in a long time. Jenny was an angel
