Great location, great breakfast, friendly hotel staff!

Pros: Love the breakfast and the friendliness of the staff. The concierge staff were very polite and greet the guest everyday with a smile. It brightens up our day. The breakfast was very delicious too.

Cons: The room was too cold, but wearing long sleeves helps.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is excellent — about a 5-minute walk to the BTS and a large shopping mall. There are also many massage places, cafés, restaurants, and a 7-Eleven right next to the hotel. Breakfast was delicious.

Good location, brilliant staff.

Pros: The staff, especially the guys at the entrance, they were exceptional, helped with bags, directions and ordering taxis when needed.

Cons: Didn’t like the initial mixup with room even though we communicated the need for a bath tub rather than shower. However they did sort this out very quickly.

Fantastic

Pros: My favourite hotel in Bangkok. Staff are brilliant. Go out of there way to help you. My bed was a bit too hard for me sp in minutes they put a fantastic mattress topper on the bed for me. Swimming is great with fantastic views. Breakfast is good. Location is excellent. Five mins to BTS. Lots of restaurants nearby and two mals. All in all VFM and more.

Cons: All very very good.

Pros: Excellent location; Staff were very friendly and the rooms were very clean, would definitely stay here again.

Cons: The only downside was there weren't many sunbeds by the pool. But everything else was perfect!

Ideal location for stay in bangkok for tourists with family

Pros: Location is ideal for tourists, quite close to BTS station - Phrom Phong on the sukhumvit line. There are many hotels in the same lane as well as couple of Indian restaurants in the vicinity. Quite a few 7 - elevens in the walking distance. Ideal location to stay with family
