Belgium 🇧🇪

Pros: Nice, renovated hotel, a few minutes walk from the BTS and close to some nice little restaurants and bars. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean with all the necessary amenities. The staff was nice and helpful. Overall we had a nice stay here and can recommend it!

Cons: We were there during the soft launch of the hotel so a couple of small things did not yet work perfectly, but overall nothing to complain about really.

Solid Stay in Bangkok with Great Views and Friendly Service

Pros: I stayed at the hotel for four nights and overall had a very pleasant experience. The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around Bangkok quickly. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The rooftop pool and the gym is a real highlight and well maintained, offering a beautiful view of the city and a great place to relax. The rooms have been modernized and feel updated, even though the hotel itself is not brand new. Breakfast was not particularly exciting, but it was perfectly fine by international standards.

Cons: There are a few minor downsides worth mentioning. The coffee at breakfast could definitely be improved. The air conditioning in the room was quite loud, which was unfortunate and sometimes disturbing. Additionally, parts of the hotel are still under renovation, which slightly affects the overall impression. However, these points did not significantly impact my overall satisfaction.

Pros: We were the first ever guest to stay at the hotel. We were unaware that we would be arriving on their soft opening day. From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, everything was perfect. The service, the amenities, the clear care that they give each and every guest was such a standout.

Cons: I thoroughly enjoyed everything.

Cons: Franchement le séjour était bien, le petit coffee corner à côté de la réception offre de très bons cafés. Personnel aimable. Petit déjeuner plus que correct selon des standards européens sans être woow pour autant.

Cons: Jedyny minus to to, ze personel nie wstawił dodatkowego łóżka zgodnie z rezerwacja. Po zgłoszeniu łóżko zostalo wstawione.
