Hotel with a Stunning Pool

Pros: In my opinion, the pool is the Conrad’s greatest asset. Thanks to the lush greenery, we almost felt like we were on a Thai island and nearly forgot we were in the middle of Bangkok. The rooms are nicely furnished and spacious, and the location is good—especially if you aren't planning to rely on the metro.

Cons: Queues! Waiting! The breakfast queues on two of the days were longer than anything I’ve experienced anywhere else! Waiting for the elevator can also take a while during rush hours. The same goes for ordering food by the pool, which was particularly frustrating for our child. If the hotel fixed these two issues, I would definitely return.

Exceptional

Pros: The comfort of our room was exceptional. We booked a king suit and it was enormous. We had a separate lounge, a dressing room an enormous bbathroom plus more. The food was amazing too.

Pros: The rooms are very nice and spacious. Bed is very comfortable.

Cons: - the water hose for the bath tub was leaking - we prefer to sleep with blackout curtains which are good, however from the bathroom we light in, because there are no curtains in the bathroom and the door is out of milk class - the breakfast room is too small for the number of guests. For premium hotel I felt squeezed in - no one at the reception asked us for feedback on when leaving

Pros: Staff were of high standard, facilities were top tier. The hotel is well located as well.

Lovely stay!

Pros: Wonderful hotel, very well located, very comfortable and clean! Pool service is wonderful!

Cons: The pool is not really heated as it is promoted. It was cold. The drinks at the pool are extremely overpriced, I understand it should be more expensive but not 8€ for a canned beer which is literally 1€ in the seven11 next door. If you are going to charge more the offer more value with more expensive beer brands etc.

Pros: Our overall stay at Conrad Bangkok was good. The room was comfortable, and the view was truly breathtaking. The staff were kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay, which we appreciated. The gym was awesome, very big and well equipped. The pool area was also good.

Cons: That said, the experience leaned more toward that of a large, all-inclusive business resort rather than a refined luxury hotel. The breakfast was disappointing for a property of this category — the coffee was poor, and the food lacked both quality and flavor. The room itself, while functional, felt a bit dated and showed signs of wear, which took away from the sense of luxury one would expect from a Conrad property. For a professional or business trip, the hotel is probably a solid choice due to its comfort and service. However, travelers seeking a more elevated or intimate luxury experience may find it falls short of expectations.

First Class and would definitely recommend

Pros: Spotlessly clean and the staff can’t do enough for you

Cons: A very poor, small smoking area, at the front of the hotel with no WiFi reach

Would definitely revisit

Pros: Incredible experience food stay and comfort all amazing best part was the pool

Cons: A little far from the metro and shuttle service not always easily available
