Pros: Everything, from attention to detail to the warmth staff and the amazing breakfast.

Cons: I dont have anything I didnt like. If Inhave to say something probably the windows, double glazed would have helped with traffuc noise.

Wonderful hotel with a fantastic balcony and city view.

Pros: This hotel has high level of quality and service. The location is very convenient, close to public transport and within easy reach of the city center. All staff members were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, modern, and well equipped. A special highlight was the balcony, which was spacious and perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. It really made the stay even more enjoyable. The pool area was pleasant and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. As in the sister hotel, it is recommended to avoid peak breakfast times, as it can get a bit crowded. Overall, an excellent hotel with great comfort and service, and a wonderful balcony as an added bonus.

Decent hotel, but will consider other places for my next visit.

Pros: Good hotel, good access point to BTS trains. Hotel staff was very friendly and professional Great selection from breakfast buffet.

Cons: Hotel is located on the main road - loads of street noise despite staying on the 19th Floor

it is a pleasure stay

Pros: I like the room; it was very spacious. We have a group of three, so with a queen size bed and an additional bed, it is still very spacious for us to walk around and placed three luggage. There is also a microwave in the room. I seldom slept well in hotel, and Grande Centre Point Ploenchit's bed let me sleep well. The bed and pillow were wonderfully comfortable.

Cons: it may need to refurbish the room a bit especially the toilet, it going to be run-down soon.

Pros: The location is one of the biggest plus points, very close to the BTS station which can be reached in 5 min. What I liked the most about the room is the balcony which gives you an amazing view over Bangkok especially at night very impressive.

Cons: The room is rather small and certainly the bathrooms are not the most modern you can imagine but comes with everything needed. I did not use the breakfast in the hotel also because there are many possibilities.
