Pros: Very close to BTS and very nice restaurants. Nine, the doorman, is friendly. Bird, the chef, a special thanks to him. He made sure that there were enough selection for breakfast for us as we eat only halal. So the buffet had enough seafood. We appreciated the effort.

Exceptional value for money

Pros: Hotel is very new and well maintained. All staff very friendly and accomodative. Special thanks to the gentlemen at the concierge desk, Mr Pong was exceptional. Breakfast spread was great and was varied daily. The location is extemely convenient if you are planning to use the BTS to get around.

Cons: The pillows were a bit firm, a soft and firm pillow each would have been great.

Great location, seamless stay. Pleasant staffs

Pros: Breakfast was decent. Sufficient choices, the live noodle station was great, freshly prepared upon ordering. Perhaps would be a nice touch to have more local desserts, as the only dessert seen was just ice cream. Staffs were excellent as well, shoutout to the bellboys as they are always eager to lend a helping hand as they are the first to face, always with a smile and greets. Appreciate one of the bellboy who helped me during checkout, as he was the one who realised one of my luggage wheels were missing, and took the initiative to suggest to go check in my room one last time in case the wheel fell off in the room, came down while i was already waiting in my Grab and told me he couldnt find any. It was the effort that i do truly appreciate. I didnt get to catch his name tho!

Cons: Room lights were too dimmed, especially night time. More lights/brighter fixtures should be placed , for guests to have the option of a brighter room come night time
