Pros: Awesome hotel at a super affordable price in BKK. Lovely, helpful staff - helped us locate a laundromat nearby that delivers to the hotel lobby at night. Has everything you need and more - with a pool and breakfast option too! A little bit out of the way, but BKK is just a huge city, so nowhere would be perfect. Would definitely stay again!!

Was excellent everything,the best hotel.

Pros: Great location convenient to shopping got plenty of taxi passing.Plenty of street food around. 7 eleven just only walking for a few minutes from the hotel.

Cons: Every staff very friendly and polite.The cleaner was great I stayed floor 7 the cleaner name Brian he’s excellent cleaner the room was so clean ever all my trips.Also the security was great very helpful calling the taxi from the road for customer,was excellent.

Pros: very nice staff, really good hotel, clean amenities, high tech features. A hidden gem in Bangkok!! Worth it for a 4 star hotel, budget friendly but you get the luxury stuff out of it as well.

Cons: nothing. don't expect 5 star treatment. this is perfect for a 4 star hotel. i recommend having a luggage weight feature in the lobby for guests.

A hidden gem in the city

Pros: The hotel is well decorated, safe and the rooms are quite large. The staff were friendly and everything was clean. The air-conditioning worked great and the bed was very comfortable. The design of the hotel is beautiful - a hidden gem. It's easy to get around town and to all the tourist spots from this location.

Cons: The hotel breakfast is mediocre. There is much better (and cheaper) food outside the hotel door on the street and at the nearby market (walking distance). We really enjoyed the location for the food options. Also - avoid the hotel's partner coffee shop - again walk down the street a bit and the coffee is much cheaper and much better.
