Pros: Fabulous, quality hotel in a great location with lovely staff.

Cons: A bit more expensive than most in Bangkok.

Pros: Excellent location right above CentralwOrld. The hotel is amazing, clean, organized, and the staff is kind and helpful. I had some uncertainty regarding my flight back, and they allowed me to stay longer in the room until I got an answer. I will definitely return to this hotel in the future.

Pros: Located on the top of ventral world. Very convenient. The breakfast is good.

Pros: Overall, it was a pleasant stay as the room was ok. Location is very good with link to Central World Mall.

Cons: A little too chaotic during the morning breakfast which I think can be done better. Was led to a table after confirmation of room numbers. Went to take my foods and came back to see that my table was taken by another person. Should have some tag to show the table occupied or to make sure that the staffs showed all customers to their table and not take any one of them.

A great hotel on the higher end of a budget, but well worth it.

Pros: Very comfortable hotel rooms with an amazing rooftop bar and restaurant.

Cons: Nothing negative to report.

Pros: Perfect location, great views, large rooms, good service and luxurious common areas and facilities.

Cons: Occasionally the wait for the elevators can take a while. But perhaps it is only because it is New Year crowds.

Pros: Great service and staffm the breakfast is more than enough and I don't understand what people complain about in other reviews. There are many options to choose from. Staff and helpful, they provide parking validations in the basement car park and the location is perfect.

Cons: The lighting switches in the rooms are a bit strange. The master off is near the bed not the door and the ambience mode is very bright but minor complaint. Bed was a little soft but comfy.

Just experience it for yourself.

Pros: I have stayed here a number of times and each time, the same perfection. The staff are first rate, the rooms are always modern and it feels …. Well, expensive.

Excellent Location, Must Visit

Pros: Excellent Location, Friendly Staff, Value for Money, Restaurant on the top was amazing. very clean and tidy. fast Lift, no much waiting time for the lift.

Cons: Variety of the food at the Restaurant on the top was not good, they only had very limited variety of food, so it was little disappointing, looking at such nice & luxury hotel, they must have more selection.

Pros: The club floor at the centara grand at central world was outstanding. We visited the executive floor for breakfast every morning. The view from the 51st floor nothing short of marvellous, the team out here lead by Mr Nattanone was so attentive and hospitable with a great amount of personalized service. The have a special menu other than the breakfast buffet that consists of a code Variety of international dishes and options. We celebrated my fathers 75th birthday at the property and everyone went out of their way to make his special day extremely memorable. Thank you to Mr. Nattanone, Mr Robert Loeffler and Front Office Manager for making our stay from check in to check our absolutely delightful Thank you guys We will be back
