Pros: The Hotel staffs are very polite, helpful and accommodating. Rooms are very clean. Very convenient to our surprise! Walkng distance to city malls, food market, Big C supermarket and attractions via pedestrian bridge (R Walk).

Expensive but quite comfortable.

Pros: Bed is comfortable but the pillows are simply too soft. Fridge is not as cold ? Staff are friendly. Lobby staff chiam is very nice to my kids. We enjoyed our stay here.

Cons: The rooms needs to refurbish as the doors are quite old looking and spots of molds are on some ceiling and toilet bath tub silicon seal. Smells a little musky. Furniture's should also perhaps re-lacquer . First day there, 2 men tried to swop my room card by squeezing into the lift when my family entered with 4 Luggages.. Lift spoilt as a result of this. Quite traumatised by this.. I changed another room because of this for security purpose. The pool edges are very sharp.. My son cut all his fingertips at the edges. The exterior of hotel has peeling paint and cracks on around 20ish floor. More should be done to upkeep the hotel.

Pros: Excellent location. Good continental breakfast. Accessability to BTS n Sky train. Shopping Malls at walking distance. Neighbouring Super Market Big-C.

Cons: Internet connectivity was sometimes creating problem aith Andriod and iphone both.
