Amiable atmosphere in a great location

Pros: Hosts are super friendly and helpful, breakfast is great and in large quantities. Very relaxed atmosphere in the backyard. Great location to reach the Temple of the emerlad Buddha, Wat saket and much more

Cons: Room was a wee bit tiny, but the backyard makes up for it and you don't go to bangkok to hang out in a hotel room.

Pros: The place is small but very clean. It is very close to the centre but very quiet. It is like you step back in time. Staff is very friendly and polite. You have different types of breakfast to choose from, and the food is tasty. The place feels very safe. There is a front gate that is always locked, and you can open it with the key card you will get with check-in. I would definitely stay there again.

A welcoming stay in Bangkok

Pros: This guesthouse is a calm clean oasis in the middle of an interesting bustling community. The Thai breakfast is great and comes with fruit & plenty of tea or coffee. It’s a 10 minute walk to the MRT Sam Yot station which is convenient if you don’t want to take taxis.

A slice of peace in the bustling old town

Pros: A serene location with large rooms and an excellent breakfast catered to our dietary preferences. The staff were very attentive and caring, even getting up before the crack of dawn to see us off when we had an early flight. We loved it here and wish we had booked this place on our way back of our Thailand tour too.

Pros: Beautiful old house, quiet, lovely hosts. Easy walk to boat and train.

Cons: Nothing really. We struggled to find a decent near bar/restaurant that was to our taste.

Oasis in the old town

Pros: Extraordinary american breakfast! Very nice place, a hidden gem in the neighbourhood. Everything was very close, a lot of must see places in 10-20min by foot. Very welcoming hostess! We were greeted warmly and presented with a lot of information about the city, places to visit, got some useful hints. It seems that we actually were the only guests during our 4 night stay, and the staff was super attentive and helpful to all our requests. The beautiful inner yard, two pretty parrots chirping, and some nice music created a very peaceful, cozy and isolated environment while remaining right in the heart of the old centre. Will recommend this anytime and return there without hesitation!
