Pros: The accommodation was in a great location - nice and quiet area but also walking distance to more popular areas and train station. Exceptionally good value for money. The room and bathroom were clean. Staff were also friendly and welcoming.

Cons: Some hand soap in the bathroom would make a world of difference. Access to a water filter would also be beneficial.

Pros: Location; sunny room; though close to the downtown not in the main touristic area

Pros: The room was very big and spacious, with fridge and boiler and glasses. Clean, silent. In a little road. Big windows. Bed comfortable. Very good communication with the owner!

Great location, good for the price but has some little things that could be improved

Pros: Location is top, having a fridge and microwave was nice, late check-in was possible and super easy. Bathrooms got cleaned every day.

Cons: Luggage storage is not possible, even after offering to pay a little extra the owner wouldn’t allow it Also there is no drinking water included at all, of course you can go out and buy some but it’s just convenient to have at the hostel and all other places I’ve stayed at seem to do it

Pros: The location is very good with walking distance to some highlights. Clean and the staf was VERY friendly and helpful. Good wi-fi. Kedel in room thank you. Aircondition perfect. Good value for your money.

Cons: The bed was a bit hard, just put on a top madras and problem solved. The waterpressure was a bit low so a bath took a little time (with long hair). It would be nice with a lamp near bed.

Great cheap stay

Pros: It does what it says. Great value, not far from Khao San road. Restaurants etc nearby. The shared facilities are fine and the bed and room are nice. The air con leaked a bit which was annoying but then it stopped so who cares.

Cons: Host was nice and friendly at first. I did overstay my checkout by 40 mins (phone died and alarm didn’t go off) so fair enough that would annoy people. But he became very rude and all hospitality went out the window. He also hates it when people ask to leave their bags before/after check out, but he still allowed this so I’m not sure what’s going on there. I would stay here again but this is worth mentioning.

Comfortable und friendly place

Pros: Very friendly and helpfull owner-couple. The room was spacious, the aircon was good. The location is in the city - very bequem to reach all the interesting places around the Kings palace.

Pros: The location of the place is definitely the greatest advantage of the other good things about this place. What is more, the check in is very well organised and quick, the room is quite spacious and comfortable and everything is clean.

nice hosts

Pros: The hosts were lovely and their breakfast was amazing! Our room was comfy with decent storage. Good location

Cons: On one of the day’s breakfast wasn’t available and it was closed which was disappointing :(
